Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if you receive a:

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products with manufacturing defects, damages, or incorrect items delivered are eligible for full refund or replacement.
  • A valid order invoice or receipt must accompany the return request.
2. Non-Refundable Items
  • Sale or clearance events (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for refunds.
  • Certain products such as blouses, saree petticoats or accessories, or final sale items may be non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Process
  • Email us at kakodkar.gauri@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product images.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or ask you to ship it to us.
  • After receiving the product, our team will inspect it.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
