1. General

This website is operated by Gauri Kakodkar Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gauri Kakodkar Designs. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies referenced here.

2. Products & Pricing
  • All prices on our site are listed in INR (₹) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change product prices and availability without prior notice.
  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.
  • Prices change in real-time based on demand, stock levels, user behavior, collection and time.
  • Small additional fees (amount) may apply based on return history or payment method.
  • Prices remain consistent across the website and store.
  • Products command higher prices compared to mass-market brands, reflecting craftsmanship and ethical sourcing

3. Orders

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to reasons like product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Order confirmation emails/messages do not guarantee order acceptance.
  • To prevent bulk buying/reselling, limits may be set on how many units of a product can be ordered.
  • If multiple users order the last few units at the same time, some orders may be canceled automatically due to stock out.
4. Payments
  • Secure payment options include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and Wallets.
  • If payment fails, the order will not be processed.
  • Certain payment options like COD may not be available 
  • Security Checks on Large or Multiple Orders
  • For security, most prepaid payments require OTP verification during checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.
  • Minimum Order Value for Free Shipping will be applicable
  • For orders with many items, the site may ship in multiple consignments. 
  • Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery.
  • After 2-3 failed delivery attempts (due to the recipient not available), the order may be returned to the warehouse and canceled.
6. Returns & Refunds
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property
  • All content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Gauri Kakodkar Designs and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
  • Strict measures are taken to prevent sale of counterfeit or fake products.

  • Do not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Do not attempt to hack, harm, or interfere with the site's operations.
  • Do not misuse or exploit any website feature.
  • Do not attempt to bypass payment, authentication, or other security measures
